MAKING MOVIES & EVENTS has handled the executive production of the film Finale Allegro, a feature film directed by Emanuela Piovano, featuring Barbara Bouchet, Anna Bonasso and Nutsa Khubulava as the three protagonists of the story. The main cast also includes Luigi Diberti and Luca Chikovani.

The film tells the story of eighty-year-old Karina and her beloved lifelong friend Elena.

Filming took place in Turin from March 11 to April 20, 2024. Among the various locations used:
Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Lungo Po, the Rai Auditorium in Via Rossini, the Circolo Canottieri Armida,
the Tazzoli ice rink and the Monumental Cemetery.

With a crew composed of 99% Piedmontese professionals, including the director of photography
Luciano Federici, the set designer Mario Scarzella and the costume designer Silvia Nebiolo,
and an artistic cast with an important representation of local actors and actresses: 5 minor roles
and 150 extras, Finale Allegro, based on the book “L’età ridicola” by Margherita Giacobino, is
definitely a “Torinese” film!

For the soundtrack of the film, the production obtained the rights to use some songs by the
Piedmontese composer Gian Maria Testa, and the young artist Frida Bollani Magoni appears in
an exceptional cameo, performing her personal featuring of a famous Italian song.

Finale Allegro is produced by KITCHENFILM (Rome) with the executive production of MAKING
MOVIES & EVENTS, co-produced by TESTUKINE sas (Paris), made with the contribution of the
PR FESR Piemonte 2021 – 2027, Action I.1.iii.1 call for proposals “Piemonte Film TV Fund” and
with the support of Film Commission Torino Piemonte. The project has also obtained the support of
Eurimages, an important Co-production Fund of the Council of Europe.
